He has many years of experience as an engineer-researcher at an enterprise producing truck automatic transmissions. He is a developer of methods and new technologies for testing bench hydraulic units and transmissions. Provides training and engineering support to the company's clients. He’s a master's degree in engineering. The specialist regularly gives lectures and reports at industry events ATRA, Ravenol, CASIC, he is a constant participant in the seminars "AutoTransTech".

Many years of experience as an automatic transmission service engineer, acquired at General Motors and ATRA. He has a bachelor's degree in automotive technology and a master's degree in managing commercial enterprises, as well as teaching experience in universities. He gives lectures at industry congresses and seminars, takes part in vocational training programs. Steve Garrett's articles are published in a number of automotive publications and manuals. He has repeatedly been a speaker at the AutoTransTech seminars. Member of the TASC FORCE expert group.
